Joanne Daughters is a fully qualified, practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist and Pure Hypnoanalyst working in Broadstone, Dorset. Jo holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy awarded by the prestigious Hypnotherapy Control Board.

Hypnotherapy training

The HCB is the largest Hypnotherapy training school in Europe and has been training therapists for nearly 30 years. Having completed her Diploma Jo was invited to join the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts (IAPH) whose aim is to ensure the highest level of ethics and code of standards are applied and maintained to the therapeutic use of Hypnosis for the treatment of nervous disorders. The IAPH (formerly known as the IAH) was established in 1984 and is the largest group of analytical hypnotherapists in the world.

Continual professional development is a prerequisite for membership of the IAPH and to date Jo has received and enjoyed advanced training in: Hypnosis for Childbirth, Hypnotherapy for Children, Stop Smoking Easily, Treating survivors of Sexual Abuse and Understanding Sexual Offending, Advanced Psychoanalytical Techniques, Medical Hypnoanaethesia, Hypnosis for Sports Enhancement and Supervision Skills.

Having completed her Hypnotherapy Diploma, Jo continued her studies into the physical, behavioural and psychological effects of work place stress and obtained an Oxford Cambridge RSA Diploma in Stress Management. Jo is qualified to deliver corporate management training based on the Health and Safety Executives’ Management Standards along with Health and Wellbeing training for employees. Jo is a full member of The International Stress Management Association (MISMA).

Here Jo specialises in the use of Pure Hypnoanalysis to resolve emotional and anxiety based symptoms and Clinical Hypnotherapy to assist with stop smoking, pregnancy and childbirth, sports development, exam nerves, confidence boosting, stress management, Hypnotherapy for children etc.
